Jake Greasley is a founder and real estate professional based in Marlborough, Massachusetts. His businesses bring together property management, software, insurance, pest control and workforce administration.
He spent his early years in Elkridge, Maryland, and calls Oilton, Oklahoma his hometown. He went on to study at Oklahoma State University and Boston University.

Property management brings plenty of work beyond the building itself. Jake founded five companies to take it on. He also serves buyers and sellers through GIM Home Group at eXp Realty.

It started with one property.
Jake purchased his first rental property on January 2, 2022, and managed it as Greasley Investment Management. On November 11, 2022, he opened the business to other property owners. Today, it’s GIM Property Management.

Jake started Greasley Investment Management to manage his first rental property.

Welcoming outside clients
The business began managing properties for other owners, expanding beyond Jake’s own rental. It now operates as GIM Property Management.
Developing OmniForce
Jake founded OmniForce to turn day-to-day property management needs into software for scheduling, field operations and reporting.
A focus on association insurance
HOA Insurance Agency was founded to help homeowner and condominium associations find coverage. It operates as ProtectMyHOA.
Late 2025
Planning BuzzKill Pest Control
Planning began for a pest control business that could handle pest issues at managed properties.
January 14, 2026
Founding Cobalt Employment Group
Cobalt was founded to support employees across the affiliated businesses through workforce administration. Services for other companies are planned for 2027.
